| Careers People sometimes remark how difficult it must be to take care of so many children. The truth is it is the least difficult part of our job. The people we hire have a genuine love for young children and a commitment to high quality education. The biggest challenge we face is attracting and retaining these people. If you are one of these people, we want to talk to you!  Ideally we are seeking candidates with coursework or degrees in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Childcare experience is also a valuable asset. However, we will consider persons without either for teacher's assistant positions.
For the right people, we expect to pay at the top of the scale for private sector childcare centers. In addition we offer vacation, sick time, subsidized health and dental plans, and we'll pay for any courses that you take related to Early Childhood Education. |
