Kindergarten - Full Day

Our Private Kindergarten program is designed to follow the curriculum of the Public School Kindergarten. The activities in our curriculum are designed to build and strengthen academic and social skills. An important goal of the program is to have the children work in a relaxed environment, experience hands on activities, have confidence in their work, maintain responsibility, and be involved in educational interactions. With fun filled and exciting projects, students will strengthen their development socially, cognitively, physically, and academically.

Children in our Private Kindergarten will develop skills through the concepts of reading, writing, math, science, movement, and art. All skills learned will help children with problem solving, observation, use of senses, and emerging their literacy abilities. The curriculum also includes responding to many learning styles of each individual child.

Through this program and our teacher’s abilities and style, we will strive to promote the success of the children in their education and excite them with an eagerness for learning. The lesson plans show an excitement for teaching, supporting, motivating, and inspiring the children to learn.

Our Private Kindergarten program runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm, before and after care are also available if needed. A morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack are served to the children during their day with us. We believe that communication between our teachers and families is very important so we provide many opportunities for this to occur. Monthly newsletters are sent home to keep you informed of the programs activities and happenings. Parent/teacher conferences are offered formally twice a school year. Informal conferences or discussions about children’s progress are available upon request at any time. An informative Parent Board or display is located in or near each of our Kindergarten classrooms. These displays contain the curriculum calendar for the week, menus, notices, and other important information.
