FAMILY SERVICES - communication Formal Parent-Teacher conferences are conducted twice each year. Informal communications can be hourly, daily ... whatever is called for or applicable to the well being of the child. Our teachers are always available to meet with parents regarding questions or concerns. Each classroom has a parent board which displays all communications listed below that are not specific to an individual child.
