Kaley Dehm, Assistant Director (Avon)

Kaley graduated from Keene State College in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She was originally going to school for Elementary Education, but while she was working part-time as a substitute teacher in an Early Childhood center, she fell in love with Early Childhood Education and discovered that she wanted to continue in the field of Early Education instead.

Once graduating from KSC, Kaley worked for a year in New Hampshire as the lead teacher for a two-year-old program while also taking Early Childhood classes at New Hampshire Technical College. She moved to Connecticut and joined Educational Playcare in 2011.

Kaley enjoys running; participating in 5k’s, mud runs and obstacle courses. She has also run in the Chicago Marathon and she hopes to complete other marathons in the future. When she’s not running, Kaley enjoys scrapbooking, and spending time with her family: her husband, Jason, their two sons and their dog, Penny.
