Andrea Pearce, Director (Farmington)
Andrea has been in the early childhood education field since 2010. She began her career as an assistant teacher in Massachusetts and found her love of education there. Over time, she found her passion in administration. Her daily goal is to inspire other educators and motivate them to be the best people possible in the field!
Andrea holds a Director’s Credential not only for Connecticut but Massachusetts as well. Her degree from Merrimack College was designed specifically to meet the needs of becoming a Center Director. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development with a concentration in school and society. In tangent with that, she has a minor in Elementary Education. Having worked for other centers before, she joined the Bright Path family in September of 2022.
Andrea is excited to be here but when she’s not working, she enjoys nature hikes with family, cooking, and baking, but most importantly spending time with family and friends. She lives in Manchester with her husband, son, and 3 dogs. The family life keeps her quite busy!
