Al Coxon, Director (Windsor)

Through his experiences as a school age director, summer camp director and preschool teacher with both our Bluebird and Canary programs, Al has gained a unique understanding of the implementation of developmentally appropriate practices. He now strives to share his knowledge with the teaching team that he supports in his administrative role.

Engrained in him at a young age, Al’s drive and enthusiasm stems from his desire to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive experience to the children and families in his care. In his leisure, Al enjoys landscaping, golf, and along with his wife and two young children, is an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and the UCONN Huskies.
