During these ever-changing times, we want to ensure that our families have peace of mind in knowing that they can withdraw their child as needed in order be protected from incidents related to COVID-19, including unemployment or illness. Therefore, we are waiving our 30-day withdrawal notification requirement for families that experience these circumstances through September of 2021.
You may choose to cancel your child’s enrollment at any time and request a full refund of the remainder of your unused tuition through September 30, 2021. In order to be eligible, you must make your request in writing to your Center Director, noting the circumstances that are related to your withdrawal and your child’s last day of attendance, on or before September 30, 2021. On October 1, 2021, we will resume our standard 30-day withdrawal notification requirement. This offer can only be applied one time per household and is not applicable to previously enrolled children returning to our care.
